Product pieces that are delivered damaged will be covered by us free of charge.  Please reach out to us at support@ralleesports.com.  We may ask that you send us a photo to confirm what's broken, so that we can learn from what happened.

Any misplaced pieces can be purchased via email at support@ralleesports.com.  For information about product returns and refunds see above.
